To support professional development programs that require digital signatures for course completion, we’re pleased to introduce digital signature capture in i-Attend.
How It Works:
1. Enable Signature Capture: When creating your event, simply enable the Capture Signature option.
2. Check-In Process:
- Use the i-Attend Capture app to track attendance — a signature form will appear upon check-in.
- Alternatively, you can also use Mark Attendance module in the Cloud and a signature form will also appear on check-in.
3. Access Signatures: The captured signatures are displayed in the Attendance Extract report (PDF), available under Event Maintenance in the Event module. They are also shown on the Attendance data by Attendee, accessible under the Attendee module.
Important Note: Ensure your mobile devices are updated with the latest version of the i-Attend Capture app to access this feature.
